History of Parish
The parish was created in 1991.
It was carved out of C.K.C Okene by the then Local Ordinary, Bishop A. O. Makozi.
The first parish priest was Rev. Fr. B. S. Anikoh.
It was not easy at the beginning but the people and the parish priest had to work tremendously to put the new parish on a sound footing.
With this zealous attitude, many people were won to the faith and the parish began to grow.
